At Betwixt Between Beyond, every order is handled with intention and care. Whether you’re receiving a physical item or a digital reading, We make sure your purchase is prepared, packaged, and sent with the same attention I bring to my intuitive work.
Physical items are shipped promptly and securely, using methods that protect your tools and keep them safe on their way to you.
Digital offerings are delivered directly to your inbox within the stated delivery window.
I believe in clarity, transparency, and steady communication — so you always know what to expect, how your order is traveling, and when it will arrive. My goal is to make the entire experience feel trustworthy, grounded, and aligned from start to finish.

Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to love what you receive from Betwixt Between Beyond. If something feels off or arrives in a way that isn’t right, please reach out within 30 days of delivery so I can help make it right.
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you have concerns about the clarity or quality of a digital item, you’re welcome to email Support@BetwixtBetweenBeyond.com with your feedback. I’m always open to improving what I create, and I’ll share any future updates that come from your notes. Refunds for digital products are only considered in cases of verified fraud.
Digital readings and intuitive services may qualify for a refund or exchange only if the order has not yet entered processing.
Refunds include a 10% processing fee, and exchanges may require covering any price difference or service fees. I work quickly and channel most days, so please contact Support@BetwixtBetweenBeyond.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
Physical items may be returned or exchanged at my cost if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the item simply isn’t your vibe, a return or exchange may be approved at my discretion. In those cases, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping and processing, or a 15% restocking fee. If the item is in excellent condition and can be resold at full value, the restocking fee will be returned to you as a store credit once it sells. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging to qualify.
Returns cannot be accepted for used or worn items, items damaged through normal use, items sent back without prior contact, or sale/clearance items.
To begin a return, email Returns@BetwixtBetweenBeyond.com with your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions or a return label.
