⭐ Delivery Timeline

Digital readings are delivered within 2 business days.

Business days:   Sunday through Thursday  

Orders placed on Friday or Saturday begin processing on Sunday.

Typical Blackout Dates (No Delivery)

• Major U.S. bank holidays

• Full and New Moon days - Please see store for products specific to these days

• Solstice & Equinox days

If your order falls on or near a blackout date, delivery will begin on the next available business day.

⭐ Incorrect Email or Missing Information

If you enter an incorrect email address or fail to provide required information (such as your question or topic), this may delay delivery. This does not qualify for a refund. Please check your email, we will reach out as soon as we notice any missing data.

⭐ Energy & Ethical Boundaries

I reserve the right to decline readings that violate ethical boundaries (e.g., medical, legal, third‑party spying). If this occurs, you will be contacted and offered an alternative question. If no suitable alternative exists, a refund may be issued at my discretion.

⭐ Returns

No digital product or service can be returned. If you are unhappy with the content or quality of a digital product, please provide your feedback to Support@BetwixtBetweenBeyond.com and we will:

•  Be happy to offer further information

•  Accept constructive criticism and send any future updates to the product due to the information

• Explore other solutions that may be possible and serve you and the company

⭐ Digital Product Refunds

Because these offerings are delivered electronically and available instantly on the website all sales are final and not able to be returned and refunds are not generally accepted except in the case of reported fraud. If you have been the victim of fraud, please reach out to us at Support@betwixtbetweenbeyond.com we are happy to help.

⭐ Digital Readings & Intuitive Services Refunds & Exchanges

May qualify for a refund or exchange if the order has not entered processing. For a refund there is a 10% processing fee. For exchanges, the purchaser would be responsible for any additional cost and service fees of the new service.

We do tend to work quickly and channel most days, so please reach out as soon as possible to Support@betwixtbetweenbeyond.com with details and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

⭐ Chargebacks

Because digital services are custom and non‑returnable, chargebacks are not permitted except in cases of verified fraud. Please contact us directly with any concerns so we can resolve them.
